These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of RobinRelay's Slack integration service (the "Service") operated by RobinRelay ("us", "we", or "our").

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, then you may not access the Service.

Service Description

RobinRelay is an AI-powered Slack application that helps engineering teams manage alert noise and respond to incidents faster by providing intelligent context from past alert discussions and solutions.

User Accounts and Responsibilities

Account Creation

To use RobinRelay, you must install our Slack application in your workspace. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Slack workspace and any actions taken through our Service.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

  • • Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
  • • Use the Service to transmit malicious code or spam

Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms.

By using RobinRelay, you acknowledge and agree that we will process data from your Slack workspace as described in our Privacy Policy. This includes:

Intellectual Property Rights

Our Rights

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of RobinRelay and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

Your Content

You retain ownership of any content you provide through the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

Trademarks

RobinRelay and related marks are trademarks of RobinRelay. Slack is a trademark of Slack Technologies. Other product and company names may be trademarks of their respective owners.

Service Availability and Modifications

Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of our Service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues.

Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

Beta Service

RobinRelay is currently in beta. Beta services are provided "as is" and may contain bugs or limitations. We appreciate your feedback to help improve the Service.

IN NO EVENT SHALL ROBINRELAY BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

AI Accuracy

While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated responses and suggestions should be verified before implementation. We are not responsible for any consequences resulting from following AI-generated recommendations.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless RobinRelay and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party rights; or (d) any content you provide through the Service.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

Your continued use of the Service after we post any modifications to the Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically for any updates.

Severability and Entire Agreement

Severability
